Please read these Terms of Service carefully before playing Poptal: Water Sort & Bloom.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or playing Poptal: Water Sort & Bloom ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

The Game is provided by Stellarizon Digitals Ltd (Company No. 16748429), registered in England and Wales ("we", "us").

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the Game or its content except as permitted by law.

3. Virtual Items & Coins

The Game includes virtual coins and items used only within the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are non-refundable.

Coins are currently earned through gameplay and optional rewarded ads. We may adjust, add, or remove virtual items and game features at any time.

4. Advertising

The Game is free to play and supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. Some rewards are offered in exchange for optionally watching an ad. Your use of ads is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation, or modified software to gain an unfair advantage, and not to disrupt or interfere with the Game or other players.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellarizon Digitals Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to the Game & Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
