GOOD TO KNOW
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you play Poptal: Water Sort & Bloom, and the choices you have.
1. Who We Are
Poptal: Water Sort & Bloom ("the Game", "we", "us") is developed and published by Stellarizon Digitals Ltd (Company No. 16748429), registered in England and Wales.
For any privacy question, contact us at contact@stellarizondigitals.com.
2. Our Privacy Approach
Poptal is designed to be privacy-friendly. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location.
Your game progress — levels, coins, flowers, garden, streaks and settings — is stored only on your device. We do not upload it to our servers or sell it to anyone.
3. Information Collected by Third Parties
Advertising (Google AdMob): The Game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device advertising identifier, IP address, and general device information. In regions that require it (such as the EU, UK and Switzerland), you will be shown a consent choice before personalized ads are used. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → "Ad & Privacy Choices". Learn more at Google’s partner-sites policy.
AI Hints (Google Gemini): If you request an AI hint, the current puzzle layout (colors and tube positions only — no personal information) is sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate a suggested move.
We keep ads family-friendly by limiting ad content to a general (PG) maturity rating.
4. Children’s Privacy
Poptal is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Advertising is limited to a family-friendly maturity rating. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it.
5. Your Rights & Choices
Because your game data lives on your device, you are always in control of it. You can erase all of it at any time using Settings → Reset All Progress, or by uninstalling the Game.
If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection, and restriction). If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. You can exercise ad-related choices via the in-app consent form, and contact us for any other request.
You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
6. Data Security & Retention
Since game data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device’s own security. Third-party services (Google) handle data they collect under their own security and retention policies.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, within the Game.
